The grapes for this delicious wine are grown in the region that surrounds L. Tramier et Fils in Mercurey. This brand has been produced by Maison L. Tramier for decades and enjoyed by Frenchmen and other Europeans as an everyday wine. Despite the reasonable cost of these wines, Roncier can be kept in a good cellar for 5-7 years! On the nose are floral aromas of cherry and red fruits, with a round palate of dark cherry and forest floor flavors and a lovely Pinot Noir finish.
