Cédric Jénin has crafted for us this delicious
Reserve SHIRAZ in American and French Oak
Grown and ripened along the Méditerranean Coast in the south of France, these Shiraz (Syrah) grapes chosen for Le Pin Parasol’s Reserve Shiraz are the best lots from all of the growers. After fermentation in the state of the art winery, Cédric then ages this select Shiraz in new American and French oak barrels for a year and a half.A graduate of the famous Lycée Viticole de Beaune, Cédric was in charge of the barrel room at Terroirs Club and Caves de Virginie before becoming head winemaker a few years ago. Barely thirty, he lived in the Washington, DC area a few years ago and still is a Redskins fan.
