The grapes for this wine are selected, destemmed and fermented in stainless steel casks with selected yeasts. Temperature is controlled at 28º - 30º C. Gentle pumping over help develop colour and aromas. Uniform skin quality. Racking is applied without lees, to preserve the primary aromas.
Violet red with blackberry and ripe plum aromas. Intense , with great body, complex, velvety finish. ripe tannins mixed with vanilla, provided by six months ageing in American Oak.
