Finca La Linda Rosé by Luigi Bosca

A Phenomenal Rosé; Dry and Fresh with a Hint of Sweetness
From their vineyards in Barranca, Maipu, Mendoza. 800m above sea level.

The grapes for this wine are harvested in the evening, are selected and destemmed before being sent to maceration tanks where must, skin and seeds are kept in contact for 6-8 hours. The must is devatted once the required color is obtained, and goes into fermentation tanks with selected yeasts, at a controlled temperature of 15º-18º C. The wine is then stabilized, lightly filtered and bottled.

Tasting Notes:

Finca La Linda Rosé is made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. It holds an attractive pink with flashes of violet. It has the aroma of red fruit and strawberries. A dry and fresh wine with a hint of sweetness.
