Varieties : Chardonnay 80%, Sauvignon Blanc 15% and Pinot Noir 5%.
Location: South of Tunuyan River, Rivadavia, Mendoza - Argentina.
Land & Microclimate: Sandy soil, with good drainage, less than 250 mm. of annual precipitations. In this region, there is a significant variation between daytime and night time temperatures of up to 20 25 ªC that makes the production of this excellent wine
Vinification: The grapes were hand harvested whole cluster pressed, 40 % barrel fermented with indigenous yeast and then all made malolactic fermentation.
Tasting notes: Smooth and round with balanced butter, citrus, pineapple and sweet cream flavors.
Suggestions: Ideal to combine with white meat sauced with the same wine, or rice with fruits of the see. It could also be combined with a special soft cheese. Drink at a temperature between 12º C and 14º C.
