Technical Notes:
Varieties:75 % Malbec, 15 % Cabernet Sauvignon and 10 % Syrah.
Age of the vineyards: 50 years
Location: South of Tunuyan river, Rivadavia, Mendoza, Argentina.
Land & Microclimate: Sandy soil , with good drainage, with less than 250 mm. of annual precipitations. In this region, there is a significant variation between daytime and night time temperatures of up20ªC that makes the production of this excellent wine.
Vinification: The grapes were fermented in cement vats and agedfor 17 months in newFrench oak barrels.
Tasting notes: Rich, dense and delicious Argentinean red with blackberries and spices flavors.
Suggestions: Ideal to combine with red meat sauced at the same wine. Paste with black olives or hard cheese. We recommend a decanter before drinking and serving it at 16ºC. This wine has not been filtered.
